Who is responsible
Click Times Global operates Promptomind AI and is responsible for the personal information described here. For privacy questions or requests, write to archit@promptomind.com. This notice applies to the Promptomind website, accounts, chat, voice tools and related features.
Information we collect
Account information includes your name, email address, sign-in method, settings and country or region you choose. If you provide it, optional profile context may include your goals, budget, city, preferred currency or other details you choose to share. You can also explicitly save short memories, such as a preference or project, in account settings. We do not automatically turn your chats into saved memories.
Service information includes your questions, uploaded files, generated answers, saved chats, feedback and actions you take in the product. Basic technical information, such as device/browser details, security events and a random browser visitor identifier, helps us run the service and understand usage. We do not use this feature to collect precise GPS location or browsing history outside Promptomind.
Why we use information
We use information to sign you in, answer your requests, save conversations when history is on, personalise responses when you choose, provide support, prevent abuse, measure reliability and improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not promise that every AI answer is private from authorised support or safety review; limited review may occur when reasonably necessary for those purposes.
AI providers and other services
Promptomind uses service providers including Supabase for accounts and storage, OpenAI for AI processing and Netlify for hosting. Google processes sign-in information if you choose Google login. These providers may process data in other countries under their own service and security commitments.
Information you put in an AI request may be sent to the relevant AI provider to produce the answer. Avoid entering passwords, payment-card numbers or other secrets in a chat.
Voice and microphone
Voice to Action asks your browser for microphone permission only after you press Start speaking. Your words appear in the chat composer after you finish the recording.
When you press Start speaking, a recording of up to 30 seconds is sent to OpenAI for transcription. Promptomind does not save the recording in your account or on its server, but OpenAI may process it under its own service terms. You can review or correct the transcript before sending a chat question, unless you expressly say a trailing submit command. You can stop recording, block microphone access, or use text chat instead.
Sponsored content and business reports
If a relevant sponsored card is shown, it is labelled separately from the answer. We may count its views, landing-link clicks and user-initiated interest actions for campaign reporting. Business reports should show campaign-level totals, not the content of your private conversations or your contact details, unless you separately choose to share them.
Chat history, memory, retention and deletion
When chat history is enabled, conversations may be stored in your account and available across devices. You can turn history off for future chats, delete conversations, download available account information and request account deletion through account controls or by contacting us. Saved memories are separate from chat history: you can review, correct or delete each one in account settings. Turning personalization off stops their use in new AI answers but does not delete them.
We keep information while it is needed to provide the service and for limited periods needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or dispute resolution. Deletion from the active product may not instantly remove information from every backup or service-provider system.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct or delete information associated with your account, withdraw optional permissions, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Some requests may be limited by applicable law or necessary security records.
Send requests to archit@promptomind.com. Include the email linked to your account, but never send us a password.
Security and age
We use access controls and reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. The initial public service is for adults aged 18 or older; it is not intended for children.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when our practices change. Material updates will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel where required. The effective date at the top shows when this version applies.
