Who we are and what these terms cover
Promptomind AI is operated by Click Times Global. These Terms of Use govern your access to the Promptomind website, chat, voice tools and related features. Our Privacy Notice separately explains how information is handled.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Promptomind for an organisation, you must have authority to act for it.
Eligibility and accounts
Promptomind's initial public service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials private and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may use Google sign-in or another available sign-in method. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you report misuse to us.
Using the service
Promptomind provides AI-assisted answers, research and productivity tools. Features, usage limits and availability may change. We may maintain, improve or temporarily pause parts of the service to address reliability, safety or security.
You must not use the service to break the law, infringe another person's rights, misuse personal information, deceive or harm others, bypass safeguards or limits, introduce malicious code, or disrupt the service for others.
Your content and AI output
You retain the rights you have in the questions, files and other material you provide. You must have permission to submit that material. You authorise us and our service providers to process it as needed to provide, secure and improve Promptomind, subject to your settings and our Privacy Notice.
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use the output you receive. AI can give similar output to other people, and output may not be unique. Do not present generated material as verified fact without checking it.
Important decisions and accuracy
AI answers may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Check sources, calculations and current requirements before relying on them. Promptomind does not provide a guaranteed result or replace a qualified professional.
For medical, legal, financial, property or other consequential decisions, seek appropriate independent advice. You remain responsible for the decisions you make and how you use an answer.
Links, research and sponsorships
Answers may refer to third-party websites or information. We do not control those sites, their availability or their terms. Sponsored cards, when present, should be labelled as sponsored and kept separate from the independent answer.
A business paying for a sponsored placement does not buy a guarantee of impressions, clicks, enquiries, sales or a favourable AI answer. Any campaign terms must be agreed separately.
Plans and payments
Free features may have daily or monthly limits. If we offer a paid plan, we will show its price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms before you purchase. Do not assume a paid plan is active merely because you created an account.
Suspension, cancellation and changes
You can use account controls to manage history and request account deletion. We may restrict access where reasonably needed to address misuse, security, non-payment or a legal requirement. We will give notice where practical and lawful.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel before they take effect where required by law. Continued use after an effective change means the updated terms apply.
Service availability and legal rights
We work to keep Promptomind reliable, but uninterrupted access and error-free output cannot be promised. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
